Any funds identified as being connected to unlawful activity will be frozen, and the matter referred to the appropriate authorities. Where bdbake determines that a serious breach of these Terms has occurred — including fraud, underage gambling, money laundering, or persistent abuse of the bonus system — the account will be closed permanently.
